Catalyst is a brand new, modern venue that opened in the fall of 2022 and overlooks Clark Lake and the private island on the property. Located in Nisswa, MN the venue includes all of the modern amenities that you crave for a luxury wedding, yet it's peaceful setting immersed in nature will help you relax and disconnect all weekend long! All events must occur between the hours of 8:00am and 11:00pm. Please inquire to add additional hours to your venue rental.

Winter and Weekday (Monday-Thursday) hourly rate is available upon request though there is a minimum of 3 hours and maximum of 8 hours for any hourly rentals.

A $750 non-refundable retainer will be due at the time of booking to reserve your date. Payments thereafter will be broken into 33% increments.

A $750 damage deposit will be collected prior to your event and refunded after if there is no damage. Client is required to take out an event insurance policy.

Pricing is subject to change at any time and will not be locked in unless a contract is signed and the retainer is paid.

Day-Of-Coordination

Here at Catalyst, we do require that all couples hire a professional Day of Coordinator. While our staff members would be more than happy to lend a hand throughout your event, there are many facility-related tasks throughout the day that we must attend to to keep your event running smoothly. If we've learned anything from owning a previous venue, it's that our clients have the very best experience when someone is there taking care of all the details on the day of! This person is not required to be a full-service planner that works with you throughout the entire planning experience, though this is of course a great option! At minimum you must hire a professional, third party Day-Of-Coordinator (who is not attending the wedding as a guest) so they can be responsible to take care of all your details and execute them throughout the day. Your DOC will be working closely with vendors to make sure everyone is where they need to be, helping set up or tear down as needed, and lining up everyone to get down the aisle. With a hired Day-Of-Coordinator, you can rest assured knowing that you (AND your family + friends) can sit back, and enjoy your wedding day!

Schedule a phone call or tour with our team

We highly recommend scheduling a tour! Weekend tours are limited as we are often hosting weddings and events on these days though we have many weekday tour openings. We also offer the options to set up a phone call with our team to talk through the venue details virtually!

Make it official by signing a contract

When you're ready to book, request a proposal for your preferred date and our team will send the contract and invoice for you to review. Signing the contract and paying a non-refundable $750 retainer will officially secure your date on our calendar.

Book on-site lodging at Nature Link

Catalyst is part of Nature Link Resort so we do have on-site lodging available. Once you've booked a date at the venue we will connect you with our hospitality team to reserve lodging at the resort if available. Booking policies for lodging vary based on the event date selected.
