Our Venue Managers are responsible for ensuring a high level of service to all users of the event center (staff, clients, guests, vendors, etc). The primary duty of this role is to oversee all operations of the facility on event days which includes managing the building and acting as Catalyst's main contact on the day of an event.
This person is responsible for working the front desk and checking people into their cabins. Additionally, they will be helping people reconnect with nature by encouraging them to go on adventures. Whether that be on the property, or throughout the Brainerd Lakes Area, this person is passionate about the outdoors and eager to help people get the most out of their experience at Nature Link.

The maintenance team works to keep the resort, venue, cabins, and property in tip top shape. This includes performing routine maintenance on all buildings and systems. Doing upkeep of landscaping, grounds, and all facilities. Ideal role for a handyman type who is familiar with tools, has experience working in the trades, doing repairs, and/or property maintenance.
The cleaning team works to turn over and clean the venue after each event. They complete all cleaning related tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash cans, wiping surfaces, and dusting. They also keep inventory of supplies. The cleaners ensure the venue is clean, neat, and tidy before the next event begins. Due to the timing of our events, the venue cleaning needs to be done overnight.
The facility manager is responsible for monitoring the venue and people at the event to ensure rules are followed and everyone is acting safely. This is to provide a sense of protection to all guests, event attendees, vendors, and venue staff. An ideal role if you have a background of working as a security guard, in law enforcement, the armed forces, or in a similar field.
The housekeeping team works to turn over and clean all units at the resort including cabins and hotel rooms. They complete all cleaning related tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash cans, dusting, changing linens, making beds, washing dishes, and doing laundry. They also keep inventory of supplies. The housekeepers ensure all units are clean, neat, tidy, and welcoming when guests arrive.
